WHIM'S and Wireless Headset

I recently purchase and install the WHIM'S Module and installed the Sena 20S wireless headset on a new helmet. Yesterday I was at the dealer to have my 10K service done and they paired the whim's with my radio. I came home and paired my headset to the radio and now the left speaker is the only one that works. Is there anything on the radio that lets you balance the right and left speakers?

Is your 20s a sena Harley Davidson approved headset? (have the HD logo on the headset) if not you will only get mono sound instead of stereo.



I just installed the WHIM and CB on my 17 TG. and I get everything through my SPH10 headset. I did have to take my trike to the dealer to flash the radio to get it to recognize the WHIM though. The dealership did for free because I bought the unit from them.

The HD WHIM module will work with the SENA 20S, but apparently not at full functionality. If you want the full functionality of the WHIM and headsets you will need the HD wireless headset 76000740A for a pair or the 76000736A for the single. I currently have a 76000740A dual pack brand new never used if anyone is interested. If interested send private message please.

I have the H-D Sena 20S headset, but only the let speaker works. I talked to a installation tech. at Cycle Gear yesterday and was told several things I might check about the installation of the gear onto the helmet but none of those works. I guess I will purchase just the speakers from Sena ($35.00) and see if the speakers are bad.

Being the type that just had to have the bestest of everything, I went and purchased the the Sena 30 (Non H-D) headsets only to learn they would not operate in Stereo, so, I purchased the H-D branded 20 S set, setup and adjustments are vital to the performance, that said, the music quality is poor.

At this point, I only use them for comms between the wife and I.
