Where is the reverse gear circuit breaker located?

Yup, did the dumba$$, and tried to reverse with the parking break on. I know I have to reset the reverse gear circuit breaker, but it is rather unclear in the manual exactly where this is located. The picture is well-rendered, but I am not sure what it is a picture of. Do I have to remove a side cover?

Wow - that must suck. Fortunately, I found it right underneath the right side cover, and simply pushed it back in. Piece O' Cake.

Glad you found it. be aware it can also sometimes half trip. this would cause you to hear the relay click, but not enough power for the motor. also, at 20,000 miles on my '10 TG they are replacing the motor. it burned out. nothing extreme ever happenned to it. no steep hills or brake left on.

Hey this is a very cool site indeed ....... I am an old fart (61) who is deciding whether to buy a new Ultra Limited or a new TriGlide. I am leaning towards the TriGlide for all the reasons that you guys already know ! lol Haven't owned a motorcycle since 1973 and now it is "my" turn once again. Yahoooooooooooo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for my over exuberance !

Welcome aboard Larry. You will love a TRI-Glide.

Larry I am 62 and bought my first bike about 1 1/2 years ago. It is an Ultra Limited and will be triked or traded for trike when possible. It is very heavy and I am amazed at how little incline or bump it takes to make it lay over. I have ridden with several guys and gals with trikes and it is amazing how they park anywhere and don't need help backing out of downhill parking areas or help picking that 900 lbs. back up. I have found out many times why the engine guards and saddlebag guards are there. Just my experiences. I was invited to the TrikeTalk Rally in Maggie Valley this year and that kind of sealed the deal for me. Meet a bunch of nice folks there.

Don't feel bad when my triglide was new I tried backing up with the parking brake on. Now I don't have to worry about it, the parking brake hasn't worked for 5 months. I got tired of adjusting it all the time. Seems it does not work much more that a week.

dont try to back up with the trike tilted to one side or the other with it in a bind or the reverse gear will lock up. you will need to rock it loose and reset .
harley techs could not fix problem

I'm glad you mentioned that! That happened to me when I was backing up a gravel road on a slight incline. When I put it in gear to move forward, it felt like the brake was on. It finally broke loose when I went down the grade. Thought I'd really screwed up the reverse. Hasn't happened since. I guess I know now what roads to stay away from! Reverse has been working fine since.
