Mine is Sweet Baby Rays original. Did some ribs last night that were mighty fine!

I've been using Stub's. It's not a sweet sauce, and has a bit of a tang to it. I also use their marinades. Great stuff!

Sweet Baby Ray is at the top of my list, I also doctor it up. I'll take a couple large bottles of the sauce empty it in a sauce pot, then add a couple bottles of Chili Sauce, some lemon juice, peel and cut an onion in half, add some hickory liquid smoke and some more brown sugar. I simmer it for a spell, pull out the onion and the bottle.

If I want some extra spice I use my base sauce and then add as much Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce and hit it with the immersion blender.

I've been using Sweet Baby Ray's sauce for 20 years or so on my ribs. Along with smoking them with some Jim Beam oak barrel chips.

We enjoy Sweet Baby Ray's - have a couple of varieties in the fridge, but I really love me some Swineapple.

I love spicy sauces and pick up Famous Dave's "Devils Spit" and their "Wilbur" sauces quite often. Have to be careful with the "Wilbur" sauce cause it will remove paint and etch concrete. :xzqxz:

Open Pit Bar B Q Sauce if you live near SW Ohio. After moving to Florida we couldn't find it. So next trip north we loaded up cuz we think it's the best, but what do we know.
