Bought my bike used so I didn't get a headset. Found myself in a group ride yesterday needing one to communicate on the CB. I have no idea what one to get and need suggestions.

We've been running their headsets, wires and helmets for 3 years. Had one helmet, out of four, break a wire and they fixed free it without a problem. If you had the HD headset you would toss it after using these. They can take you wireless also if that's a direction you would like to go.

Things to consider are:
type of trike you have
type of helmet you have
brand of trike
Once you have answered all the above it may narrow your selection down to a few headsets.

For my dual sport bike I just got a UClear 200 HBC and I am impressed with it so far. It is a Bluetooth unit so I can listen to the GPS directions (Garmin 660) or mp3 tunes from the same GPS. It synchronizes with my iPhone, and does not need a boom mic. It will sync with a passenger, or up to 4 other units I think, but I have not tested that part yet. My cost was about $200.00. I use it in a Bell modular helmet.
I wish my Harley radio was Bluetooth so I could get rid of the annoying (and faulty) cords.

:Agree: I have J&M headsets on three of my helmets and they work flawlessly. I went through three headsets (warranty) and two cords trying to make the OEM H-D headset work - Junk at best!!
