Here we go, got the bushing for the swing arm from motor trike, thru a dealer about 3 miles from me, called him today saying i need top brackets to bolt unit 07 streetglide frame, think that anyway. No call back yet. Called troup tx and got a call back in waiting if i remember correctly, sooooo no parts catalog sold, no parts numbers, no install instructions, everything Ive read on this site says non friendly in that area. I told them they have a pooooor business model, they said they trying to improve that.
Dont hold your breath. Makes me sad. I was excited to finally get to where i wanted to put this pile together. I ll call dealer again tomorrow, an every day till i get some satisfaction, on the parts, and see if he ll run me off a parts diagram, don't hold your breath.
This aint rocket science, and mt stuff aint a state secret, but they act like it and turns people off, as evidenced by complaints on this site, that saddens me, also pisses me off, Ive got your product, help me install and let me sing your praises. Thats my side, dont know if the brackets bolt the box on or not, i could make them but flying blind, we ll see, any suggestions or pics would be appreciated.
I ll post a pick later, of course its way back in the shop and didnt think to do that first up
