My 11 T/G came with it mounted to the rear of the top box [tour pack], I keep the owners manual and other paper work in it.

yep mounts in the tour pac on the back wall should have 2 screw studs and couple of nuts ..you can put keys etc into when mounted in the tour pac.

Seems like the dealer is slacking off a bit. Those are always mounted in place. As long as that's all they forgot to screw...:qpnmt:

Well! I was going to ask the same question a couple of weeks ago,

BUT, mine already has one fastened to the rear of the top box, it has a zip on the top,

Sooo where does the the one in hedgeis57 picture fit, ? (i have both)

Sounds like you have a selection of which style you like to use. Mine just has the stiffener in the top without the zipper.

How close are you to all that flooding over there ? Not to hi-jack the thread, just wondering.

That is from the older tour pacs not the new one. I guess you guys haven't owned a pre 2014 bagger. :)
I asked the salesman if someone accidently put it in the tour-pac and he said just put your owners manual in it, but they give you another nice manual cover. I don't know what I'm going to do with it, I could throw it away, but who knows, it may come in handy later on. I'll toss it in the drawer.

Gary is correct,in the drawer with it.Already a pouch there and no mounting studs.Maybe I will Velcro it to the other side.

You can attach a shoulder strap to it and have a "man-y purse" - or - give it to your wife/girl friend as a very expensive leather purse. :D :D
