what is seat worth?

I've bought seats for Road kings, Electra Glides for $50.00- $125.00 in excellent condition. I know this is a wide spread, but kind of depends how much someone wants it and how tired you are of having it hanging in your garage.

Well as has been said the price would depend on how bad someone wants or needs one. When I replaced the stock seat on my 11 I had it on Craigs List for a good 2 months for make offer and never even got a nibble. I finally just boxed it up and put it in the rafters of the garage.

If you have a place to hide it, keep it so when you (IF you) trade the Trike off, you can use the seat on the new ride. If you trade in the nice seat it won't make you a dime difference on the trade ! It doesn't matter if it is a $1000 seat !! You can sell a nice seat, but very few stock seats.

I've seen dealers and flea markets selling brand new stock seats for $25. Do as the previous posters said. Box it and put it away for when you sell the bike. YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING FOR ACCESORIES AT TRADE IN TIME. I always take off as much stuff as I can before trading in. ThumbUp
