What handlebars are you using

I have 12.5 wild one bars, I love them, most on here have khromewerks 2+2 sweepers, it really depends on what you are after, some have stock and leave it and some switch to another type bar for comfort, many uses and it really depends on what you want and after.

All for now Trampas

First of all Welcome to the forum Western Pennsylvania stop by often great people around here willing to help. Bars are a very personal thing good luck on your search these are what really worked for me, I needed help with back and shoulder aches. Khrome Werks 2+2Wide Sweepers did it for me, and at a working man's budget. These are 4" wider than OEM and 2" higher 2" back closer. For me they were exactly what I was needing.

When changing to these on my trike I installed a longer Clutch cable that was all that had to be changed, I did it myself for less than $250 dollars. Ride safe Fred Good luck!

I wonder if these would work with the 2" tank lift. I like the looks.
yes I have a 2" lift on our Triglide they fit great. Most likely the best bars for lifted tanks. I posted pictures in this thread check them out. You will really like them I do. Fred

I just ordered this set for my Trike. I felt I needed to be higher with more pullback. I hope they work as well for me as they have others here.

what is the tallest you can use without changing wires and cables?
possibly 12" depending upon style you have check fitment. What fits the TWO Wheel Ultra's most likely fits the trike. Choose carefully

I just had a set of the HD Batwing reach bars installed. I basically do not have rotator cuffs in either shoulder and the pain was getting so bad after a few miles that I was considering selling the Tri-Glide, but did some experimenting and found that if I leaned forward enough to keep my elbows slightly bent, it solved the problem, so I had the reach bars installed. BIG improvement.

They do hold my hands at slightly different angles and that will take some getting used to, but they allow me to sit upright instead of leaned slightly forward, and still have my elbows bent. I'm 5'10" and as a side benefit, they push my head back into the sweet spot for the speakers, I can distinctly hear all four of them now. Sitting back farther from the windshield, I did find that my face gets more raindrops than before.

YMMV

when you get time post a picture of the new bars. I would like to see them. Congratulations I know the feeling the 2+2 wide sweepers worked for me ride safe Fred

I bought the 2+2 wide sweepers but haven't installed them yet.

Getting mixed thoughts on if I have to replace cable, lines and wires.

Seems like I should.

Any idea?

I got the wire extensions ($18) for mine but everything else worked just fine. It's one of the best comfort mods I've made. It's also nice having the clean look with just the brake line and clutch line outside the bars.
