Right now... I'm sitting in my Den and winding down after a quick 198 mile run this morning. I started out at the crack of dawn just to ride upstate NY to get my sons and my nonresident hunting license. Then i figured might as well go another 20 miles and leave the licenses at my hunting club. Well the club is only 35 miles from my Harley dealer in PA.
So what the hey...I still have time i have to be home by 1pm...I'll go over there and kick tires...After shooting the breeze with one of the owners, I realized i better get going and fast and not stop for gas..The last 20 miles i was staring at the low light... Made it..I think i better get gas first thing tomorrow morning...

Took a ride with triker friend to local dealer, just to be nosey and pick up a At of trans juice. Dealer had no 17 trikes in stock. Actualy had none at all. She was waiting for the delivery. Then we went to a good BBQ place for lunch.
Now waiting for the lawn to dry out a bit to level the weeds, then shoot up to the camp to start some winterising. It just never ends! :Coffee:

what am I doing right now

I am resting today from a trip I made yesterday. I belong to the Texas PGR, and I supported them on mission to escort 8 WOUNDED WARRIORS to a Texas Ranch 15 miles due east of Raymondsville TX. The Warriors were spending a week at the ranch for fun relaxation, and hunting some kind/type game. The round trip was 557 miles. We had LEO escort so the speed was 75 to 80 miles an hour, one way escort. It was fun, and I enjoy meeting the warriors. They lifted my spirit, some young, and some are my age(Vietnam vet age) but their spirit was great! They deserve everything for their sacrifice. So today was cleaning my freewheeler day, a lot of bugs liked my bike so they flew right into it. So now I am just chilling out in my cave.

I was until about 10:20. I have a thing that just drives me crazy. I can't STAND it when everybody talks at once (in life, not just the debates). Had to get up and leave the room.

Sitting here trying to catch up on reading all the post on here. . Had a problem with my I phone here a few months ago and took in for them to check it out. After a 45 min wait this young girl (Hell everyone is young compared to me) But I tell her what;s wrong and hand her my phone and she does a couple of quick moves and say here try this now.

NOPE doing the same thing ! So she says ok one more thing I can do for you is to reset every thing . I say Whoa am I going to have all my contacts and pics still ??? Says YESSIR. SIR damn am I that old lol. Wam bam thank you Ma ma. Its fixed. Yahooooo.Well the other day it happened again and we could get anything to work. So after the party last night I tried to mess with it and nothing.

Well after a few cold beverages I shouldn't be working on anything. But this morning I get up and try to fix it like she did. I went into the phone nd found out how to reset it everything back to factory settings and BAM! IT Actually WORKS ha ha ha.. NOW I'm one happy Man again. lol. Ok got to get my assets in gear and get a move on.............Rick

Trying to decide [get up the energy] to split the wood i cut yesterday or just burn it whole... It wasn't that long ago that i would have cut 'split and stack it all at once...Now i tend to do things a little slower...:Shrug:

Sitting here with a ringing in my ears, and a soft spot in my shoulder..
My son just put a new scope on one of my 45-70's, He's a Rightly i'm a Lefty So i had to sight it in this morning.. The Leaver action wasn't too bad.. Its when i shot the single shot with the 500 Grainer to make sure that was on target.. That rille kicks like a mule.. 6-7 shots and i was done.. Got it Close enough.:xzqxz:
