Wow, John, you really scored. You must've been very good this year--or good at hiding your indiscretions! :p

Here's my haul:
Trike-mountable Videocam
Firearms! An electric self-protection device that shoots 20K volts.
(A little scary--I need to practice with it)
Remote control for my camera
Jewelry (it always fits :) )
Assorted clothes
And this mask (an addition to a growing collection of alternative faces LOL):

Me thinks I am staying out of the Florida Panhandle until you get proficient with that electric protection device. Thinking about that how does one practice with that? Look out Deer here comes JuJu. :)

My mother, now 80, comes up with the best ideas.

She had a 8mm movie camera back in the day and took dozens of movies during Xmas and Easter with all the family. Long lost fathers, sons, daughters, grandparents and great grandparents.

Walgreen's took all the movies and put them on DVD and added classical music which made one long movie of everyone and all the events. Some were over 50 years ago.

Was my favorite gift.

That was a wonderful gift, Wiz! Would have been my favorite too. What a treasure to keep and pass along to future generations!

Wizard what a great thing to do. I have been doing sides into the computer from the 70 and 80's that I took (a couple thousand slides). I'm still at it after a year. Maybe I should of just had the pro's do it.

New 17" HP laptop, network router & wireless mouse.
It's got Windows 7 and desktop has Vista. There's a little difference.
Yesterday got network set up and discovered that I didn't think my printer would work. Thought was either going to have to bye wireless adapter for printer or new wireless printer. :(
Today found out how the share over the nexwork. :D

Hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year.

Due to the spill I took on the Ultra that broke my ankle, one of our smart @$$ kids got me a set of training wheels! A lot of good those will do now -- Trike shop called today & said kit ships tomorrow, a week ahead of schedule!! A BIT late, but that's the BEST Christmas present!

NM

GREAT news on the shipping. You just need to tell the young one that you bought bigger training wheels.

Santa was nice:

I got lots of new clothes, which I needed pretty badly.
New modular helmet.
Barbeque meat thermometers
Slippers
Cash - today I ordered a set of Kuryakyn Ergo II cruise mounts with unlighted cruise boards. The cash covered every penny. Used a lowest price guarantee (and they beat the best I could find by $5). Should ship first of next week and be here a week after that.

Did I mention that Santa was nice?

Didn't get anything, as I had everything I could want. :innocent:
OK, the BS meter just went off the scale. :p
We got a 42" LCD TV & blue Ray player on Black Friday, a propane skillet for the camp kitchen, a pair of cordura chaps and a few things to be named later. We always get the major stuff in the after-the-holidays sales, but we jumped the gun a bit with the TV this year.
