Yes, it was a sad day. I actually went into Tom's enclosed trailer 3 times to say my farewell to her. But I had to face reality. That trike deserves to be ridden and she wasn't getting enough road time with me. And the way I've been feeling, I really couldn't see that changing in the future. So at least I can cross off owning and customizing one of the best trikes out there from my Bucket List. As some of you know, she was featured in May's 'Wing World' (page 71). I'm going to mount that picture in a frame and give it a place of prominence in my Den. And as you can see, I've changed my Avatar to the picture I had on my tank which is 'Freyja', Queen of the Valkyries.

You will see me post here from time to time. I may be minus 3 wheels now but my heart is, and will always be here!

Hiya Bill. I really have no next project at this point,,. ,,,,....

Correction!! My next project is to "RETIRE"!!!!! Hopefully, that'll be next June. Wish it was this June! I'm shot, tired and just burned out. And last week when I took the trike out for a short spin around the neighborhood, I was thinking about how I might really start to use her once I was retired. I was almost hoping that she wouldn't sell. Ah well,,,.... I think the only way I'd get back into riding is if I was able to find a group to ride with in the area. Never did find anyone else locally.

So how are you doing? Are you all healed up? If you're ever in my area again please let me know. I'll buy ya a cup of coffee!! lol ThumbUp

I did. There were no members in my general area. And yes, I will hang out on this forum and post from time to time. Thanks for the thought,,.
