I was wondering what everyone is using for a dry sack or waterproof piece of luggage or duffel for mounting on the back of their trike. I know the tour-pak is around 25" wide on my Tri so I really don't want to go any wider, thinking that it might obstruct the mirror use. I was looking at this one from Dick's Sporting but I'd have to go the store to really see it.

duffeln bag

Go to any store where they sell kayaks. They have waterproof duffel bags of many sizes. They are constructed of rubber and they wont leak even if you hold them under water and they are cheap to buy Cabellas sporting goods also sells them

I use a marine dry bag similar to what Gerald described above.

It it doesn't take up much room when not needed and it also makes a good laundry & shoe bag rain or shine.

I like the minty fresh ones for keeping the critters away from my dirty shorts, personally------:AGGHH:
I don't believe my dirty shorts need any help keeping critters away. Incidentally, that's my plan for always keeping TSA from doing searches in my luggage at airports.:AGGHH::qpnmt::AGGHH:

I thought this site was intended for bikers and trikers to be able to get help by asking legitamet questions. Why is there always some stupid asses chimming in with ridiculous answers. It makes the site unreliable and a person does not get a good answer. These people should be kicked out of these forums

Personally, I appreciate the "stupid asses chimming in with ridiculous answers". They made me choke on my sandwich and enjoy my lunch...

It's all good fellas, going shopping over the weekend with some of your ideas.

don't think it's nessasary, just a couple of donkeys trying to enjoy themselves before the big Cadillac pulls into the driveway.

Just remember: "In heaven there ain't no beer"
By the way, I've got over 100k miles in the saddle, and garbage bags never failed me yet !
