Hey I'll be in the market for touring seats a friend said the ultimate x is a good seat what is y'all opinion?? Need help don't want to make a mistake by buying the wrong seat.

I have had mine for many years on my 1800. Call and talk with them and they will guide you to the correct seat. Their seats are based on weight and size. I am 200# and have the Lowboy. As weight increases the seat moves back some.

I'm 300 plus pounds... have the Ultimate Lowboy on my VTX1800c, for about 30,000 miles. I'm not and never been greatly impressed by it, but I know those who are.

I'm 240. I put the Ultimate Big Boy on my 1300 and love it. I'm planning to put it on my 1800 if I trike it.

I also got the passenger seat and both back rests. All good.

I also got the passenger arm rests. No good. Too flimsy.

The Ultimate Big Boy moved me back an inch or so. I had to put Phatriser IIIX's on to move the handlebars back enough to compensate. Those risers forced me to put longer cables on as well. The seats, risers, and cables have set me back about $1.3k.
