Vintage original balloon trike tiers in boxes NOS

There must be a vintage Honda Trike collector out there some where .....I have a set of original Honda 90cc trike Balloon tires still in their boxes , I have had these for several years as i had intended to restore my trike one day and use them for that. I believe that they would be one of a very low number ( if any ) of these that still exist , as i have looked on the internet for a few years now looking for any others that might pop up for sale and have never come across a second hand one in any sort of condition worth using , let alone any that have never been used . My question is , would anyone out there have any idea as to what value i could put on in these 3 tires . i would appreciate any information at all . Thank you in advance , kind regards Simsy.

Hey Tony Welcome to Trike-Talk..:wave4:From New Jersey ,

Wish i could help you out on the tires, But i'm sure someone who is restoring a Honda ATC would love to get their hands on those tires......

I saw that show on TV where they restore all kinds of stuff (Can't thing of the name) they were restoring the same Trike and they said they gave a $1000.00 for a used one. Don't know if I believe it or not.

I seen that show also and also I can't remember which one it was ! But if you are resorting an ATC and that was the missing piece you needed you pay the price! I know a dealer who kept a dozen or so Old ATC/ATV's and bikes roped off in his showroom as museum peices and when the building burned down he lost them all! And he's trying to acquire them again in his new show room 'So someone like him will pay!📞

The OP scored big with the info 6adan posted ... it triggered my memory. He might be able to sell those tires and buy tires for everything he owns for a year or more.

Here ... try this forum. Google is wonderful !!!

"They ended up dropping $1000 for a used front ballon tire!!!!!!!! restoration was over $7800!!!! and I'm thinking the front tire had a leak to it cause it looked pretty low by the end of the guys test ride in the desert at the end of the episode"

Here is another forum.
