Have a 2015 Crossroads that was recently converted. As soon as got it back there has been ABS issues. Keep on getting a rear abs code for intermittent reading from the ring. Can't figure it out. If i ride in 5th it's happy as soon as I go into 6th at about 70 it'll trigger the ABS code. Any suggestions? Already talked to MotorTrike and they sent me a new ring. Also replaced the rear ABS sensor to no avail.

Motor Trike and or your installing dealer needs to support you on resolving this issue. These trike conversations cost serious money so I'd stay on your dealer and MT until it is resolved. Keep us in the loop on this issue.

Stay on your installer to rectify this problem for you, Good luck and do you have any pictures of your trike:cool:

Joe, I'm trying to better understand the process. Did you have the bike converted or was it already converted when you bought it? If so, did you buy it from a MT dealer? Who was the installing dealer? When you say MT sent you a new ABS ring, did they send it to you or your installing dealer? If they sent it to you, did you personally change out the ABS ring?

I work at a powersports dealer. We are a victory/polaris dealer. We are also a MotorTrike dealer. Now the issue is on a customers trike. He had it converted at another MotorTrike dealer to where it took him 3 months to get it back. The issue came up exactly when he picked it up. The installing dealer was Bikes 2 Trikes I believe. They sent us the new ring to try as a last option. Now as long as you stay in 5th gear it won't trigger. 6th does. The rear end has a ton of play, sitting still the belt moves about an inch and a half. So the only code we're getting is for the signal being interrupted in the rear. New sensor and new ring. Nothing else there. I was hoping someone with a Victory trike would have had the same issue and shared that info.
