Vent Control on the left side pod How to trace it??

Better question is where do it go??
My vent handle still has the cable connected but seems not to be moving the vents open or closed.
Its more or less stuck in the open position and blowing hot air all the time.
I took the left side cover off but cant seem to find out where it goes to??

If any one has an idea please. I need the help.
My left legs getting kinda warm in this mid 80 degree heat we are having.
A page showing it in the manual might be helpful. I cant find anything about this lever anywhere.

Hey Jay, I'm setting here in Eureka Springs waiting out rain, lightning, and thunder bumpers so I have time to search some. If the control is connected then there are only a couple other possibilities...

Here is where the single cable splits going left and right.



If that becomes disconnected or the single cable is broken both foot warmer vents will pop open. If only one side is open then that leg if the split is either broken or loose at the actual door.
