Been a while since I've posted here. Tweety got trike of the month Jan 2012. Since then I replaced the 1916 with an EA81 mated to the VW type 3 automatic.
The auto was taken out recently and new seals, gaskets and the like. It was real clean inside.
I had a supercharger on the Suby engine that worked ok but drank to much fuel (gas). Then SPFI. Now I'm going weber 38/38 carb with the larger SPFI manifold.
The Subaru Brumby/Brat engine is being reconditioned as we speak.
