I have had both seats. I had a Mustang seat on my 2000 Road King and when I traded the Road King for my 2005 CVO Electraglide I kept the seat and used it on the CVO. Well over 100K on that seat and it was still comfortable and no problems with seat material or stitching when I traded the CVO in on a 2012 Victory Cross Country Tour. I ordered a Mustang seat for it as soon as they had one available but it didn't fit quite right....it rubbed the saddle bag lids so I sent it back to Mustang and ordered an Ultimate Seat. The Ultimate seat fit fine and was very comfortable. I traded the Victory in on my 2015 Freewheeler and I ordered a Mustang Seat for it after trying a Harley Sundowner seat which I did not like. The Mustang Seat on the FW is as comfortable as the one I had on the Road King and the CVO. I think you would like either the Mustang or the Ultimate seat. I have more miles on a Mustang and it would be my choice between the two. My wife thought both seats were very comfortable, much better than the stock Harley seats.
