It looks like it is made out of old ferrari/fiat parts

Not much info available, but it's based on a Turbo Hayabusa 1300 and those have routinely dynoed at well over 300hp and torque exceeding 165.

I recently read that one dynoed 499hp at the wheel running 24# of boost.
