Turn it around…

NASA sent out the James Webb telescope to look into the past ‘ IE; The creation of the universe….

Now I’m not an astronomer but I’m wondering why doesn’t NASA turn the telescope In the opposite direction this way we could see the future and maybe fix this mess we’re all heading for right now..??

If NASA turns the telescope around and they see the future then they could turn it back around again to the past and then fix the future ..Or something like that....
