TTS Mastertune Question(s)

Seems as if this is the choice for many on this as well as other Tri-Glide forums.

So my question. Is this something I can install myself? I keep seeing posts about using this code to get the speedo correct etc. Could I actually hook this up to my laptop and make it work? Or am i miss reading the posts I have read?
