We are going to be trikeless for a short time. We dropped ours off to have a Vance & Hines Power Duals head pipe, V&H Deluxe slip ons, stage 1 filter and SERT installed. Suppose to be ready by mid-week...just have to get the time off work to go back and get it.

I have a riding partner that had these mods done and it greatly reduced his heat issues and the sound is much better than stock.

I'll post my results when I get her back home.

Should make a HUGE difference. Hope you can find someone to tune it with other than the canned down load from HD.:wtg:

Had a small problem getting the air/fuel mix right with my SERT. Went to the Dealer last Thursday for scheduled maintenance and mentioned it still wasn't quite right. Ben, the owner, had his tuner load a map for a 107" build. It seems to be a perfect match for my 103" and SE255 cams. Not sure yet about gas mileage but the tune seems spot on!! The good thing is that they did it "no cost"!!

Picked her up this morning. The slip ons gave it a deeper tone without increasing the volume too much. The temperature was about 75, so I can't really say how the heat reduction is going to work out. Those 100 degree days will be here soon enough! It ran great on the trip home (about 150 miles).

We are going to Cherokee, NC this week. I will be able to give a real update on the performance after that trip.

You will enjoy it. Have a GREAT ride.
