Trike Talk Texas Hill Country Reunion 2018

The nice thing here Fuzzy is that you've already made friends with these two :seesaw:...the hardest part is over, now you just have to show up :wave4:

But if you don't...well I don't even want to think about that :cxtv:

Kidding.... ;)

The word 'sanctions' comes to mind.

Ya know Fuzzy I've got just the place where you can live out your carnivore dream.... it's about an hours ride from Kerrville to Llano... Check out the link and there's some pictures to drool over until you make the journey.

I know of 2 much-better places than Coopers. If the other 2 were closed I would consider going to Coopers. Fuzzy, one of them will be a lunch stop for you on your trip to Kerrville. The other we’ll work in to the schedule. :)

Not sure about Mex places down there anymore...been too long. Used to have some favorites in San Antonio. The Mexican food down that way is SOOOOO much better than west Texas/New Mexico...grew up on San Antonio style so prefer it. It’s a different style than out here. Probably a good thing I can’t get to it very often....a plate of cheese enchiladas with fresh onions, smothered with a good chili or chili-gravy just can’t be beat...accompanied by your favorite COLD adult beverage of choice...:clapping: Good, no matter how hot the weather!

What two other places??? Wasn't impressed with the lunch stop this past year  Is it somewhere else this time?

And Howdy Carla :wave4:

And howdy back at ya Randall...!

What 2 places??? Lum’s at Junction. Bill’s at Kerrville.

Neither is fancy-looking but neither have ever let me down.

I don’t know what is being planned for rides and food. I know where I’m going for some eats.

I forgot about Lum's :clapping: but I haven't been to Bills... I'm game for trying new things :pepper:

Don't know your route, we normally take TX87 from CO and Houston. IF you go through Dalhart You should try Hodie's BBQ really good eats. A small town family owned BBQ joint. http://hodies-bar-b-q.business.site/

Looking forward to Kerrville!:D

Hey Robert...the panhandle is way out of the way for me.

I’ve got an almost straight shot from Midland to San Angelo, Junction, Kerrville. Pretty easy ride. It gets a lot better just past San Angelo...the hills, trees, grass, and water show up for the rest of the trip in. :clapping: 4-lane ALMOST all the way now except for a strip just south of Eden to Junction.

Leaving Angleton, which route would you take to Kerrville?
