I called this a picture cause it"s way to pretty to just call a photo, I only get to see it for a fraction of a second at a time, but I would love to know where this was taken at, an maybe a link to the picture I could sit an stare at for a few mins. Those of us at the beach have been known to do that to mountain pictures :)

Before Rhino2 beats me to it, those in the mountains are known to stare at beach pictures. Especially if there are bikinis involved. :p

I remember many years ago a friend of mine was visiting the east coast for the first time she was from California, We took a ride down to the beach. And as it was getting late i said lets head back to my place...She then asked can we just stay a little longer, Back home i would always stay late on the beach just to watch the Sun set over the ocean... :xzqxz:

Pretty sure it is Romania. Transfagarasan Highway or Ceausescu's Folly as it is lovingly referred to by the Romanians. Remember they killed their beloved leader in 1989. But it might be Switzerland too ???

I'm almost sure its Colorado south end of red cone looking west.
