TriGlide reverse motor rebuilt

I pick up a used reverse motor as a spare and looking at 3 reverse motor rebuilding kits; 1)Harley Davidson-31400129-$357.46
2)TERRY COMPONENTS-555300=$461.95
3)MEZIERE ENTERPRISES:TS324=$140.00
Has anyone use either one of these 3 rebuilding kit? There a big difference in prices. What are your opinions? Thanks
