Tri glide has no power.

2014 triglide has a problem and need some help to track it down. I take the battery out every winter and keep it on a tinder charger. Put the battery in and no lights, no ignition, no panel display. I have never had this problem before. The battery is new from last year. I do get a light say enter pin but cant get into the display as it doesnt come on like it should. So Im stumped.

Are you absolutely [Not Guessing] sure your battery isn't dead....:Shrug:...

I will have to check. It was on a battery tender and was showing fully charged.Some one says to pull the master fuse and wait about 5 minutes. I will get my multi meter out and see if I can trace it down. Strange, I have done this with all of my bikes over the years and this is a first for me.

As Bob said, don't guess on the battery. Load test it to be sure. You can with a volt meter on the battery, read the static charge, if it is not at least 12.5 volts continue to charge it.

When you are sure it is fully charged @ 12.7 volts , again with your volt meter hooked up @ the battery turn on the ignition, observe the volts. If your headlight is on that should give u enuff of a draw to do a poor mans load test. If your voltage drops below 10 volts and continues to drop you have a bad battery

Occams Razor.... The Principle of Parsimony;;Go to the simplest thing first...

Test the battery with a volt meter.......Anything under 12.80 is suspect...

Why does it say enter pin, is your key fob battery dead?

Had to run my truck into the dealer but on the way back I bought new batteries for the fobs. So I will see if that’s the problem.

See post #4 and do this test so you feel comfortable your battery in the bike does not leave you stranded. Best of luck and good on you for finding a bad fob battery:clapping:
