It's almost finished. It's the Goldwing table. Someone else's trash became a nice table for me. The table was left in the apartment by a former tenant and the property manager was going to toss it. I told her I wanted it as it would look nice redone. It sat for a long time before I figured out what I was going to do with it. I had to break it down, sand it, wipe it down of all the dust before applying primer and then waiting for it to dry between coats. The original color was to be a bright orange and then I thought to myself its going to look out of place. The white primer looked the best and so it was painted in a satin white. The 12x18" Goldwing pic sat for 5 months rolled up in a tube and while it has two sided tape on the back the real challenge is to get it to stay flat. I had books weighing it down for over a week and so far one corner looks like it wants to lift. Everything you see around the pic is just placed there not fastened. There is a gap between the glass and the base, it does not rest on the base.
Brown pic is before. White is after.
