Finally had some good weather, so I took the trike out on Friday.
After about 40 miles, the upshifts sounded funny. CLUNK at end of shift.

Pulling out of a parking lot a loud noise like somebody shaking a bucket of rocks and lost forward momentum.

Needless to say, the the 07 Goldwing 1800 came home on a rollback.

NO noise in neutral. NO noise rolling in neutral.

Sounds like somebody shaking a bucket of rocks in first gear with the
clutch disengaged.

Anybody have any idea how much a transmission will cost???:censored:

Probably not your transmission. Some CSC owners have had a failure of the driveshaft or related splines. If you do some research I am sure you will find much good reading on this. This is a CSC warranty issue if your warranty is still in effect. Even if your warranty has expired CSC might offer you a good will repair. Good luck.
