Trailer hitch

I'm thinking about putting a hitch on my 2005 K12LT Hannigan . Just wondering if anybody here put one on themselves. Do you need to take the body off to mount the hitch or do the wiring?

do you take the body off your truck to install a hitch.???? don't over think this. just look under one with a hitch.

Randyg, I had mine put on my '06 when they converted it to a trike. I'll take and post some pictures for you if it will help. It doesn't seem to be very complicated. I believe all the wiring connections are via inside the trunk. The only problem I can foresee would be the added amperage draw from the trailer lighting unless you plan on running LED's on it.
