Throttle cables and hydraulic lines---Rake kit and handlebar risers

When installing a 4.5 degree rake kit and handlebar risers on a GL1800, do you have to lengthen or reposition the throttle cables or the brake/clutch hydraulic lines?

I am using a 6 degree rake & the Rocky comfort risers & have not had to lengthen or reposition the throttle cables or the brake/clutch hydraulic lines?

Risers

Sure wish I could install Rocky's risers myself...A dealer wants 2 hours, $200 to install. I have looked everywhere for a video, but no such animal and no pictures during an install. My issue is I don't know what things are called, totally different than an Harley.

I just ordered a set of MLB risers, the wide version. Lets hope I made the correct call. If not I heard they will exchange them to correct an improper/uncomfortable feel.
