The big day is here , a little confusing as to who will/should walk her down the isle ?

Im wondering if Harry will be sitting on the couch with his father in law chugging beers 🍺 while watching a polo game  The Queens got to be on O2 by now ! Has anyone got the smelling salts ?

No offence to those "Royal Watchers" who go GaGa over Buckingham Palace and its inhabitants, but I'll be glad & happy when its over & no longer the top "news" story here in the US.:clapping:

Now, if I could only get this through to my wife...:p

Sorry folks I could care less about the Royal Wedding. Tired of seeing it in the news on line .

One of the residents at the senior apartments asked me if I was following the news about it and I said I don't give a (edit) about them. Yes, as a moderator elsewhere I moderated my language here so you don't have to.

I'm not interested in the least either, but its all over the news feeds....read yesterday that Prince Charles would be walking her down the aisle because her dad was having surgery.

Yeah, there goes the neighborhood huh queeny..

Not into it either, was just courious as to how royalty accepted changing of the guards. Look like there was a lot of tension at church service :eek:mg:

What is really sad with the war with Terrorists the world still wants to act like it is business as usual. The Media thinks it and Celebrities are far to important to common working people.

Welp it’s over :clapping: Now to be a fly on the wall !

Back to our regular scheduled programming. :clapping::vxtyaq:

One thing about Harry...he’s the first royal in several hundred years that fought on the front lines of a war, like he did in Afghanistan. He requested to go when his regiment was called up, unbeknownst to his dad and grandmother. He was there for about 3 months before the family actually knew he was in day to day battle. When they DID find out, he was recalled immediately.

When he arrived back in England, he went off on his dad and told him that if he was recalled, his entire company should be recalled as well. He told him that if even one life was lost before they came home, that it would be on his dad’s head, because if he was there, he might be the one that could help prevent it from happening. Well, it worked. Less than a week later, they recalled the rest of Harry’s compadres.
