The great yellowstone loop

Trikes are aired, oiled, washed, waxed and suitcases loaded. GPSs are programmed, CB's are set up, toons in the CD. Tomorrow morning we ride WEST until there isn't any land, turn right until there isn't any more California, another right turn through Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Then another Right through Utah, right again into Nevada, Arizona and back to California. 3200 miles, 8 states, a zillion National Parks. We will be 'rolling' about 10 days, with another 10 to to play tourist. Should be home the week after the holiday. Pictures to follow.

Hi Steve, Are you interested in back roads, or freeways ? If you ask Kevin at DK Customs which way he came across Idaho (I think I know) He said he had never in his years of riding gotten tired of twisties until he went from Meridian Id to Missoula Mt.
A lot of great country to see the way I think he went.

Did that trip in July...Up thru Hells Canyon to Joseph, Or...Then Lewiston ID, then Lolo Pass to Missoula.. then..Salmon Id, then home, to Meridian. Amazing scenery. Screwball...give me a shout when ya get to Boise..If you go to High Desert Harley right here in Meridian, I live 2 minutes away. Go to the service dept,,see Misty...She has my Cell phone #... Ride safely!!!
