I would like to take a minute to thank Hannigan Motorsports, especially John Lee for being a sounding board and coming to my rescue during the past 10+ weeks of this adventure.

John saw my first post and immediately jumped on board and tried to find out what the issue was and get a quick resolve, totally unsolicited.

Also thanks to Herb (Hannigan GM) for your prodding the project along.

Jeff at Ace Motorworks in NJ for doing the actual build!! Thanks for squeezing my bike in with all your other clients bikes. Superb job!!

Finally, thanks to Doug for stepping up. Timing of your surgery and departure of your tech made this a horrific experience for the both of us. Just seemed that anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. However after 10+ weeks of frustration for the both of us the project is just about complete. Glad we are still friends after all the trials and tribulations of this build. Thanks again for the final push to tie things up and get me on the road. :AllGood:

Pleasing to see kudos posted
Love my Hannigan:pepper:

I believe that out of every unpleasant experience their is always something good to come out of it.

A couple positives that I have witnessed so far with this experience:

1. as upset and frustrated as I was time and time again, once I saw the owner face to face, I was respectful and talked in a normal tone of voice, not once loosing control. I guess the hundreds of hours in Management training during my air force career finally paid off.

2. The owner listened to what I had to say and that opened his eyes to how he may have been treating clients. He has now started to focus on the task(s) at hand and is dedicating himself to provide better customer service while not making promised he can't keep.

Everything happens for a reason so if this will help his future clients get better service it was worth my inconveniences.

I guess one other that I should have thanked is Mother Nature. Thank her for the below season averages because if the weather would have been warm and dry, my tolerance for not riding would have been shorter.

Congrats on everything working out for the good. Now for the important part.Enjoying that beautiful trike.
