We really can't expect too much in customer service these days. CUSTOMER SERVICE: "The assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use their products or services." These are simple words and a simple definition. Simple, just like the requirements for a excellent restaurant: "good food and good service." SIMPLE, BUT 80% of start up restaurants FAIL within 5 years. So it's easy to define customer service but it ain't so easy to pull it off.

I believe it has to come from the top. If the big guy believes in great customer service the trickle down effect to the whole team almost always occures. I'm new to the world of California Side Car; just bought a used one several weeks back (2009 GL1800 with a 2017 Cobra XL CSC kit). I've had a few questions about my trike so I've called CSC to ask about each one. I'm SURE the folks there have had these same questions asked HUNDREDS of time. Yet, each question I asked was answered courteously, patiently, completly and professionly. EVERY TIME, even though they are absolutly slammed with new business.

Whoever I talked to, in whichever department was extreamly friendly and did not let me end our call until they were completly confident I was squared away and understood exactly what I needed to know. THAT IS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And guess my immediate responce when the discussion of which trike kit I would recommend they purchase should be: BUY A CALIFORNIA SIDECAR, WITHOUT A DOUBT, BECAUSE NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE THE LONGEST AND BEST WARRANTY IN THE INDUSTRY BUT THE VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE A CUSTOMER COULD HOPE FOR!!! PS: I don't work for CSC and this is a 100% unsolicted testiment given ONLY because I have been so impressed with the entire company. THANK YOU CALIFORNIA SIDE CAR.

2014 CSC Goldwing trike purchase

I am considering purchasing a CSC Viper trike. Not knowing much about the CSC part I contacted CSC to ask about parts availability etc.. I spoke to a gentleman in the parts department and he was very helpful in answering my questions. I have been riding Goldwings for many years (1981, 1989, 2012) and am very satisfied with the core product. So the only real question is what conversion to buy. I found one in California that fits the budget and only has 8900 miles on it and very well taken care of. Based on the information I have found thru various forums I feel confident that i am making a good decision.
