Yes indeed...after having had over a week of 100+ temps...left everything pretty toasty.

The weather radar shows the hurricane coming ashore just a bit north of Brownsville. Looks like it is headed due west into Mexico. Hope everyone is safe..... Jim

Me too. Really need the rain here. Have had an inch of rain so far but we are about 4 inches behind right now. Have a good chance for rain the next several days so maybe we will catch up a bit more.

Looks like we zeroed on the hurricane rain... got 2, 5-minute showers in the past 24 hours... guess I’ll leave the sprinkler system on...

At least we caught a break on the high temps.

Received a good 15 minute downpour this morning around 0530. Sprinkles two or three other times. Not much here in west San Antonio.

I was sure hoping we would get some much need moisture from that thing but not even one big juicy drop. Now 44 miles further north, they got 2 ½ inches at Sheppard Air Force Base. What did I do wrong to deserve nothing???
