Any suggestions...the first long trip we are taking on our '18 TG. Plan is to leave Tampa mid Sept for Helen, GA and then down to Daytona Beach for Trike Fest.

welcome to trike talk from east Texas, if this is you first good trip I would say don't kill your self trying to get there/. Tampa to Helen is around 550 miles. it can be done in one day ( a long day) probably 11 hr or more, with gas stops, meals & just rest, I would say 2 day, to easy days 275 miles a day, you can stop a few time and see the sight or what ever, and be rested when you get there. we have done the iron butts 600 and even 700 miles in one run. but was wore out when we got there . now that I am older I take it easy 300- 350 is enough.
