Swivel Hitch Question

I purchased a used CycleMate trailer from a 2 wheel rider that has a swivel hitch on it.

I'm pretty sure it would be fine to use it that way with a trike, but thought I'd better check here just to make sure.

Should I swap it with a regular fixed hitch? Any potential problems? When I towed it home with my truck, the hitch was pretty "cocked" to the side on the ball but still tight. It seems like it should be fine, but I've never towed before.

I used a swivel hitch with a trike for 5 years and never ha problem. Go ahead and leave it as it is, and enjoy the trailer.ThumbUp
