Hi,

Does anybody have any info on the how do you check the gear oil and type?

Also how do you change the gear oil.

There is a filler plug on the side of the housing in the front. To change the fluids, you need to drop the rear housing cover. Should take 28-32 oz of 75-90 gear oil. Lehman says non synthetic but I have always used Amsoil synthetic. This will give you an idea of where to look.
