Supreme Court to hear case on NY gun law

This will reverberate from coast to coast. If the court rules against the state of NY, CA and the others that restrict the right to carry outside the home will be in big doo doo. I knew CA and NY were extremly restrictive. Did not realize NJ was that restrictive nor MD along with several others. How the hell's the average citizen supposed to protect themselves or their loved ones outside their home ? Guess I'm spoiled living in TX and down south.

That is true. In this case, it looks like it is the restrictive states that will be on the losing end.

Right, Jack. But that's been their objective all along. Once the constitution is gone there won't be a 1st and 2nd amendment.
