Super bowl

Used to live at Eagle Creek Landing off of 465 and 38th. Hated to go to work the day of the 500, traffic was terrible. Worked a the Garbage incinterator at the corner of Raymond and Harding. Hope you make it thru the Super Bowl.

Looks as if the area will be at least getting some revenue from the superbowl...that is if the unions don't go and screw it up!

I used to live for the superbowl and all the parties-now days I don't even watch the game-usually just bits of it! Sucks to get old, don't even like to go to bars anymore! :AGGHH::Crap:

disagree with that. i think they both played well and the giants came through in the end.

I thought the game was great! Both teams have great players who played well, both quarterbacks are superb, and that final play could have gone either way. It was exactly the kind of superbowl I like to watch! :D

That's why they call it "superbowl" Two super teams and only one can win! I had actually predicted that the "Pats' would win 24 to 21, but what do I know about football. If they played again tomorrow, it could be the other way around. I think Tom Brady is a very straight up guy and so is Eli Manning. I do think Eli out played Brady tonight.:)

I enjoyed the game a lot. Two top notch teams playing a great American game.

My wife and I stayed home, made some pizza and brownies and had our own Super Bowl party.

Game was great.......... Suspense, big rematch.......... Kelly Clarkson did great with the National Anthem.......... Madonna and halftime show were great.......... As for the game itself, it lived up to the hype. Both teams had their shining moments, but when push came to shove, the Giants showed their toughness. It certainly didn't look like it was going to end this way. Go Big Blue!!!

Agreed...Super good game. No drama or disrespectful actions from the players. Wife made some killer Italian meatball subs with fire roasted marinara sauce on sweet Italian bread. It was a good day!!!

GREAT commercials

The GIANTS didn't win the Patriots BLEW it .

Personally, I don't give a rat's patooty about football. That said, the wife is a big Giants fan. She does like the Pats also. Every time I tried to walk to another room, she had different TV's on so she wouldn't miss anything. I was too busy packing for a trike trip to do anything but catch some of the commercials. Jerry Sienfeld was pretty funny.
Oh, and the New England radio's were abuzz with mean this morning. My favorite was that the Pats did win....the coin toss.
