First off, Welcome! I see this is your first post.
This Wikipeadia article says it is 29.25°, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Gold_Wing#GL1800
And this spec sheet states 29.15° http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/23338/Buyers-Guide-Specifications/2008-Honda-Gold-Wing-1800.aspx
This site splits the difference at 29.2° http://www.bikez.com/motorcycles/honda_gold_wing_airbag_2008.php
Mother Honda's website specifications states the new 2014/2015 GL1800's rake is 29.15°, so I would tend to go with that.

When we got our last trike, it had the standard GL1500 rake. When we were in Minnesota this was not a big factor, as the roads were mostly gentle curves and long straights and the stock set up was fine. We moved to the Ozarks where a straight road is rare, and curves became twisties. The yellow signs with a bent arrow marked 20 - 30mph are the norm. We saved up and got the 4.5° rake, and it was an immediate improvement in handling, ease of steering and comfort. We had the rake kit, progressive springs and a new Michelin Pilot Activ tire. It came to just over $1000, but that included labor. It was a great deal and money well spent. Our current Wing was raked when we bought it. If you ride 80-90% straight roads or freeway stock rake is fine, but if curves are on the horizon you will see a night and day difference after the kit is installed.
4.5 degree Rake Kit, Progressive Fork Springs, Michelin Pilot Activ Tire, and a SUPER BRACE Fork Brace.......handling that rivaled most 2 wheel Cruisers and Gold Wings....ThumbUp:10:
