Still Undecided

I've got my 3 wheel endorsement as required by Washington State but have two decisions to make:

1. Which kind of trike I'm going to get I.e. 2 up front or 2 in the back

2. What do I do with my 2 wheeler, vintage 87 Suzuki Cavalcade in top shape.

Two bikes just won't work for me. Did that back in 2000. I'll just keep reading posts to gather more decision making data. Thanks

Bob

welcome to trike talk. I had to look up your bike. Unless it is like my old Suzuki 1400, I know Nuthin.

Most bikes can be triked. You need to consider age, milage and it's value as collector. I would think that unless you wait for a special buyer, selling it won't pay for a new trike. I would just keep it. If you are handy, you can put a kit on a low milage used bike for less then 15K. Look around and you may find a used trike for same price.

As to which end to put the wheels, you have to try each, then decide. A reverse trike feels like a snowmobile to me but I have friends that love them.

Good luck!

Well, just Test ride ,and Test Ride, then Test Ride to decide.
