Steering Head Bearing Grease

Due to the additional stress on the head bearings due to being triked, what's your opinion(s) as to the best type/kind/brand of grease to use?

I just use a heavy duty wheel bearing grease

Late to the game here but Im a big fan of synthetic marine grade bearing grease. Long lasting and doesn't wash out much over time. I use it on everything that needs lubrication that is mechanical.
Including my 1911 slides,,,,,,,,
