starting in 1st?

Our free wheeler will only start in neutral. i am sure when I killed it once in the alley that I started it in gear. It won't now . Is it supposed to be that way?. If so I hope I never kill it at an intersection. But still love it Never mind, it will start if the brakes are pulled in too.

I've ordered the Repair Manual with the wiring diagrams. I want to override the interlock in the breaks. I too have stalled it and just want to squeeze the clutch and hit the starter, not stop in the middle of the street.

Happy riding.

That's something I've been wanting to do, don't like having to put the brakes on for the magic button to work.

If you get it figured out, let us know please.

TIA

Kevin
