I say, No air in tghe triglide shocks will make it a harder ride - that shocks that have an air pressure.

OR - zero air pressure is a worst ride than say 35 lbs.

Also Thomas, the air shocks at zero psi can let the oil run out of them. I run mine between 15-20 psi. for solo riding.
 
Just a note..........If anyone is checking the air shocks without using the proper air suspension pump/gauge they are probably zeroing out the shocks themselves...

And not some lunkhead dealer.....:Shrug:
