I purchased a Smart Siren II for my '11 Triglide, and installed it. In the catalog it says it can be programed to chirp, (I assume that is when the security system arms). Does it have to be programed at the Dealer? The Partsman nor the Tech would or could answer my inquiry. Guess I need to purchase the Service Manual plus the Trike Suppliment. Any HELP would be appreciated.........Ol' Man. :wtg: THANKS.

Was the module and antenna already installed by the dealer?? and you installed the smart siren?? I know the dealer had to program my module to my bike
Oh did you get the FOB with the siren?? Because you will need this to arm and disarm the alarm
Not sure. My dealer programmed it for me since I told him I wanted the siren at time of purchase. Of course, I also wanted the remote. They installed it and then found out it won't work with a trike. They removed the remote part and refunded my money for that part of it.
I do know the key fobs need to be programmed at dealer, but I would think siren could just attach. But then I also believe men landed on the moon. So what do I know.

I do believe that any of the security parts have to done at dealer and at least at my dealer they only have one guy that does it and its a big dealership
