I ordered the TriGlide Comfort Lift on 12/08 and received them by Priority Mail on the 12/10. I was sent an email with conformation of my order that same day and another email when the order was sent. Mailed in a well packaged box. That my friends this is what Outstanding Customer Service is all about. Looking forward to the install.
