Shipping Recommendations

So we pulled the trigger and bought our first trike. Now we just need to get it halfway across the country. For those of you who have shipped a trike, who did you use? Any recommendations? Any advice?

Believe me, I would love to ride it home, but can't make the schedule work.

If you want piece of mind then go with a major carrier. There are several. I am a HOG member so I used their shipper a couple of years ago. A little more money but they are HD experts. Don't know what you bought though. There are some very good local operations but you will have to go by word of mouth in your area. Or if you let us know where it is being shipped from someone might know a local there. Next you can get on the internet and go with your gut feeling for the company.

Used "Haulbikes" out of Milwaukee to pick up and deliver a side car I purchased on Ebay. Door to door service, driver called to set up drop off time. Very reasonable cost

I used Haulbikes to get my Trike from Iowa to SC. Did a good job and cost friendly but SLOW SLOW SLOW getting it here. Almost 5 weeks !!!!!!!!!:gah:

Try Keyboard Motorcycle shippers, they picked up my Goldwing in Texas and shipped it to me in New Jersey.

maybe one of US could pick it up for you and ride it to CA???? That would cut down YOUR shakedown period......Just trying to help..ThumbUp:clapping:
