After talking to service at both the CSC factory and my dealer this is what is going on.
CSC rep: there are 3 possibilities, 1) u joint 2) bad drive shaft 3) a pen or lock has came lose on the short axle at the rear end.
Dealer rep. is now interested in finding a solution and is going to be checking things out.
I will say everyone involved was pleasant and cooperative. I told the CSC rep I was mainly documenting the problem for future reference for repair. I do not feel the trike is road worthy at this point. He agreed.
So I will add more information of the findings as they given to me.

The problem has been found. It seems the locks on the right axle on the right side either failed or has come off. After a further inspection the splines are easily seen. They are sticking out about 3/4 to 1 inch from the rear end.
So if you are experiencing a shaky feeling check the joint close to the rear end and the splines.
Now to find how they want it delivered for repair.
May have to borrow my cousins truck and trailer, mine isn't wide enough and his trailer is too big for my truck.
