Servie-Car rear end to Ironhead

New to this Forum and maybe not on the right disscusion page ..I was offered a rear end of a servie-car and thinking to install on my 72 ironhead looking at the pics the sprocket is to the left of the axial the sportster is to the right is it only a question of turning the axial around 180 degress or a lot of mechanical work to be done Thks for your help forgot to mention the trike frame is cut off in front of the down post.!
